All Essentials and Essentials+ packages extend for three years.
When you acquire one of our Basic touch displays, you’ll automatically receive a two-year manufacturer’s warranty covering essential components.
For current clients looking to get in touch with our Support Team, please email tech@pufferfishdisplays.com and a member of the team will be in touch as quickly as possible. Our office hours are 9AM – 5PM GMT, Monday – Friday. However we will endeavour to reply to your enquiry as soon as possible.
*Our advanced component replacement guarantee, available only with Essentials+, ensures that should any part of your display encounter a problem, we will quickly send a replacement for you to swap out.
**If any LED panel should fail, you can easily hot swap without any tools. Just return the old panel to us and we will provide you with a spare (up to a maximum of 6).
